Barbara Shubeck

It is with great sorrow Barbara Lynne Shubeck (nee Christensen) a devoted wife, mother and grandmother has passed away on August 10, 2023, in Marathon Florida she was 84. 

Born June 15,1939. May her soul and spirit crossover to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. 

Survived by her husband Robert Lawrence Shubeck of 64 years. Mother of Drew Martin Shubeck (wife Denise) granddaughter Drewanne and Scott Matthew Shubeck and granddaughter Nicole Shubeck. Parents are deceased Harold and Sophie Christensen. Sister Gail Christensen, nephew Ross LePosa and niece Melissa LePosa. Brother Gary Christensen, nephew Neil Christensen and niece Alaina Christensen, oldest sister Marlene Christensen (deceased) and nephews Edward Mrozek and Christopher Li.

Barbara had a love of thoroughbred and standardbred racehorses as owner and enthusiast of the sport. She also enjoyed antiques, growing flowers at her farm and garden business Ardena Farms in Freehold NJ. Internment is TBD by Allen Beyer Funeral home.
