Ernest Michael Robert Fischer, age 72, passed away October 27, 2015, after a courageous battle with ALS.
Beloved husband and soulmate of Jennifer Joy Fischer. Dear father of Michael. Grandfather of Kyle and Ivy. Proud stepfather of Keith, Dominick and MaLeah. Who adored him. Also survived by lots of nieces and nephews, and many friends. He was preceded in death by sisters Norma and Patricia, and son Mark G. Fischer.
Ernie was born on July 3, 1943 in Detroit, Michigan to the late Katherine and Ernest Fischer. Ernie was living the dream in Islamorada, Florida Keys with his wife Jennifer. Where he loved boating and fishing.
Anyone who knew Ernie loved him. He will be missed by all.
Celebration of Life will take place in February in Florida, date to be announced. In lieu of flowers please make donations in his name to ALS Foundation.
