Frank L Baylis Jr

Frank L. Baylis, Jr., 91, passed away suddenly on February 17, 2024 in Islamorada, Florida.

Frank was born in Wilmington, DE to the late Mildred (Davis) and Frank Baylis Sr.  He graduated from PS. Dupont High School ('50) and the University of Delaware ('54).   He married his high school sweetheart, Carolyn Clark on June 19, 1954 and they enjoyed 63 years of marriage until her passing in 2017.

Frank is survived by his daughters, Susan Gibbons of Brattleboro, VT and Sharon Graham (Gene) of Islamorada, Fl.;  5 grandchildren, Stephen Gibbons (Carolan), Dana Gibbons (Josh Fask), Carey Gibbons, Mike Asimaz (Rachel), and Alyssa McGuire (Patrick); 3 great-grandchildren, Kaylee and Kyra Asimaz and Bradley Fask.  

In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his sister, Kathryn Baylis Shaw.

A celebration of Life will be held in Islamorada at a later date.
