Marion Lloyd Winner

Captain Marion Lloyd "Chubby” Winner of Marathon, Florida Keys passed away peacefully at home August 6, 2023, due to heart disease.

Chub was born August 17, 1932, in Wilmington, NC to his loving parents David Carl and Marguerite Winner.  He was a Navy Veteran, private pilot and Master Seaman with a life full of adventure.  As a licensed Ocean Master, he had a major hand in bringing Party/ Head Boat fishing to the keys.

The Captain is survived by his loving wife, Rylan as well as his children Zoe Ann Winner, Capt. M. Lloyd (Connie) Winner, Celeste (Danny) Radcliffe, Richonda (Jess) Winner-Manson, Capt. Carl Winner and Jeanean Winner and many amazing Grand and Great Grandchildren. 

 He loved his family deeply and is deeply loved. Many, many thanks to Chapter’s Health Hospice for our wonderful care.
