Richard Bruce Bennett

Richard Bruce Bennett, 78, a native of Florida and an Army veteran, passed away on April 27, 2026.Richard was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Mae Bennett; his brother, Ernie Bennett; his first wife, Barbara Bennett; his wife, Sarah Bennett; and his son, Peter Bennett (Yen).He is survived by his siblings, Gwendolyn Dougherty (Ward) and Dee Bennett. He is also survived by his children: Richard Allen Bennett; Paul Richard Bennett (April); Mary Coleman; and Deborah Fiallos (Heber). His legacy continues through his grandchildren: Jacob Bennett and Jasper Bennett; Genevieve Torney and Jeremiah Alvarez; Sarah Kernahan (Dakota) and Hunter Etheridge. He is further survived by his nieces and nephews: Katherine, Joshua, Jessica, Jennifer, Justin, and Michelle. His memory will be carried forward by his family.
