Teresa Minichino was taken to heaven by the angels on November 16, 2017. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt and grandmother. She adored her nieces, nephews, and other family members and friends. Her family was blessed by her unconditional loving and caring ways. Her family was the center of her universe. She was a devout Catholic and very dedicated to prayer, the rosary and St. Anthony, constantly praying for the well-being of her family and friends. Taking care of her family and home was her main focus and later in life she worked in retail and for the Key Largo Chamber of Commerce. She was born in Newark, New Jersey on September 3, 1924 and moved to Florida with her family in the 1950’s. She was predeceased by her husband Justin Minichino, they were married 46 years; by her son Justin Anthony Minichino; her parents Frank and Emanuela DiMiscio; her brothers William, Tony, Dominick DiMiscio and her sister Rose Champi. She is survived by her daughter Amy Slate, and her grandsons Anthony and Justin Minichino, as well as other family members and friends. We will all miss her loving and caring ways. We know she will watch over us. She will live in our hearts forever.
